Who will profit from the sale of Coast Guard properties?

Fisheries and Oceans Canada is planning to close eleven Marine Communications and Traffic Services Centres, located in:
Comox, British Columbia
Tofino, British Columbia
Vancouver, British Columbia
Inuvik, Northwest Territories
Thunder Bay, Ontario
Montreal, Quebec
Riviere-au-Renard, Quebec
Saint John, New Brunswick
Labrador, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador
St. Anthony, Newfoundland and Labrador
St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

A Coast Guard MCTS property in Oakville, Ontario was transferred to the Canada Lands Company, after DFO closed the base in 2005:
3292 Trafalgar Road in Oakville, Ontario.
The Tofino MCTS/Amphitrite Lightstation encompasses 157 acres of land on Vancouver Island, and seven of the nine buildings are listed in good condition, see the "Directory of Federal Real Property"  DFRP Number 17923. In Greek mythology, Amphitrite was the goddess of the sea, and the immortal wife of King Poseidon.
